For this project, the challenge was to produce a chocolate with a long shelf life but still tasted great and in the branding colours for the project and awards ceremony. The client loved the outstanding results.

Our Client a well known clothing brand wanted a fun snack bar size of chocolate which had the brand colours and labelled with their event logos.

These chocolates were created to be part of a hamper for a football club. We incorprated their brand colours with a touch of gold for decedence in a black and gold box. They were filled with a smooth Milk chocolate ganache.

Our client wanted a chocolate to reflect the design of their new glamourous restaurant which featured a golf leaf wall with blues, whites and gold.
The chocolates were a Passion Fruit, Espresso Martini, and Yuzu.

Christmas is always a great time to reward your employees and thank your clients and these chocolate were part of a larger hamper we created. They were a classic rolled chocolate truffle coated with cocoa powder.

A gift from a corporate client to say thank you. We wanted to make a chocolate shell to match the clients colours branding and overall vibe. We used a fabulous silver and pink cococa butter to colour the shells and filled with our favourite passion fruit.

A jewellery brand commisioned us to create some of our chocolate pyramids filled with the best milk chocolate and honeycomb and ruby chocolate mixed with raspberry topped with real 24ct gold leaf and silver leaf.
